Why does Siri ask "4later or Notes?" and save nothing?

This is a known limitation of Siri on iOS 27 with the device language set to German: Siri first asks which app you mean and then sometimes keeps repeating "What would you like to save?" instead of saving. Nothing is lost, and every other way of saving works.

Until Apple improves this:

• Start the 4later shortcuts from the Shortcuts app, from the Home Screen or with the Action button. See "How do I save with Siri or Shortcuts?".
• Or save through the share sheet.

We have already given Siri alternative spellings of the app name and re-check the behavior with every iOS update.
