1. Notifications for 4later are turned off. 4later tells you when you set a reminder: you see the notice "Notifications are off" with Open Settings. The reminder is saved anyway, it just will not alert you. You can also check yourself: iOS Settings → Notifications → 4later → Allow Notifications. Turn on banners and sounds there as well.
2. A Focus is holding notifications back. "Do Not Disturb", "Sleep" or "Work" hide notifications. Allow 4later in that Focus under iOS Settings → Focus → Apps.
3. The reminder is set to a different time than you think. Open the entry and check date and time. Overdue entries are in the "Due" filter.
4. In shared topics: 4later reports new entries by other members in batches, not one by one. After a notification it stays quiet until you have looked into the topic. If you muted the topic, no notifications about new entries arrive.
5. Nothing arrives on a second device. Open 4later there once and allow notifications on that device too. Each device asks separately.
