What do "Not yet sorted", "Filed automatically" and "Check topic" mean?

These hints come from the AI and show what happened to an entry. They are purple, like everything the AI does in the app.

Not yet sorted: The entry sits in the "4later" topic and the AI has not found a clearly matching topic yet. A tap opens the choice: the AI's recommendation (if there is one), Other topics ... or "it's fine" if it should stay. The Assignment filter collects all such entries.

Filed automatically: The AI moved the entry from "4later" into this topic. A tap shows the reason. You can confirm, choose Back to 4later or pick another topic. Confirmed entries are not re-filed.

Check topic: The entry sits in a topic but, according to the AI, fits somewhere else better. The hint shows the short reason and suggests a target. "It's fine" leaves it where it is, and the AI does not ask again.

The AI only files new entries out of "4later". Whatever you put into a topic yourself or confirmed there stays there. When you create a new topic, it checks once whether unsorted entries from "4later" fit into it.
